Your responsibilities

Join our team and help make Employee Services (HR admin) content helpful and engaging for Danoners and HR. And gain an opportunity to support closely ES Global Leadership team.
Your main tasks will include:
Helping the global HR community upload clear and creative self-service articles on HR admin topics,
Supporting content authors across the globe in improving their writing skills,
Reviewing and improving existing articles to boost reader interest,
Performing simple admin tasks in knowledge management system as part of audits or cleanups,
Support maintenance and continous improvement of global knowledge articles,
Support in testing new enhancements and system upgrades,
Organize and coordinate meetings, enhance communication/presentations and align the agenda.

Our requirements

Eagerness to learn about HR admin, knowledge management and HR/IT collaboration,
Experience with MS Office,
Strong written and oral communication skills in English and other language would be a benefit,
Strong organizational, analytical skills,
Attention to detail, esthetics and user experience,
Interest in creating clear and user-friendly written content, with the ability to organise information in a simple and structured way,
Ability to work independently and effectively in a team,
Available to work full-time.
