Your responsibilities

  • Join our team and help make Employee Services (HR admin) content helpful and engaging for Danoners and HR. And gain an opportunity to support closely ES Global Leadership team.
  • Your main tasks will include:
  • Helping the global HR community upload clear and creative self-service articles on HR admin topics,
  • Supporting content authors across the globe in improving their writing skills,
  • Reviewing and improving existing articles to boost reader interest,
  • Performing simple admin tasks in knowledge management system as part of audits or cleanups,
  • Support maintenance and continous improvement of global knowledge articles,
  • Support in testing new enhancements and system upgrades,
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, enhance communication/presentations and align the agenda.

Our requirements

  • Eagerness to learn about HR admin, knowledge management and HR/IT collaboration,
  • Experience with MS Office,
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and other language would be a benefit,
  • Strong organizational, analytical skills,
  • Attention to detail, esthetics and user experience,
  • Interest in creating clear and user-friendly written content, with the ability to organise information in a simple and structured way,
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a team,
  • Available to work full-time.
