Wymagania An experienced HR leader with a minimum of 10 years of HR experience gained within manufacturing environments. A professional who has spent at least 4 years as an HR Manager, Senior HR Manager, or HR Director with full responsibility for a manufacturing site employing 250+ employees. A proven people leader with experience managing and developing HR teams. Strong experience gained within international manufacturing organizations. Exposure to businesses that have undergone significant growth, expansion, transformation, or scaling. A true HR Business Partner who understands how to translate business strategy into people solutions. A hands-on leader who enjoys being close to the business while operating strategically. A professional with outstanding communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels, from shop floor to executive leadership. An individual who builds credibility quickly and develops strong relationships with local and international stakeholders.
