Your responsibilities:

  • Providing customer support to employees based in the UK
  • Handling queries via phone, email, and employee chat
  • Supporting employees with questions related to health and benefits programs
  • Ensuring high-quality customer service and timely issue resolution
  • Updating employee information and working with internal systems

Requirements:

  • English at minimum C1 level (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • First professional experience in customer service, administration, hospitality, retail, or another customer-facing role
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment

This role operates on a rotational shift pattern:

  • 9:00 – 17:00
