Portuguese Customer Support Specialist – Parcel Lockers | Mon–Fri | Fully Remote

At CCIG, you can! We are currently looking for Portuguese speakers to join our parcel locker customer support team. No prior experience needed - we provide full training.

On this project, you will…

• Assist customers and couriers in Portuguese via phone, email, and live chat.
• Help customers open jammed or locked compartments.
• Guide users on how to send parcels, arrange returns, and navigate the app.
• Handle complaints and resolve everyday logistics issues.
• Maintain top-tier service quality and promote a positive company image.

We are looking for someone who…

• Speaks Portuguese at a B2 level or higher.
• Can commit to a minimum of 25 hours per week.
• Is comfortable using computers and eager to learn new software systems.
• Is communicative, enjoys helping people, and loves solving problems.
