On behalf of our client — a global organization delivering one of the most ambitious smart-city and urban-tech ecosystems worldwide — we are seeking high-caliber technical experts to join a elite, specialized initiative.

This is not a traditional corporate advisory or maintenance project. It is a pure greenfield environment where core tech layers — data infrastructure, enterprise architecture, and production-grade AI — are designed, built, and optimized in real time.

The Role We are looking for hands-on practitioners (advisory + execution) who can step into a fast-evolving ecosystem, identify technical bottlenecks, design robust solutions, and bring clarity and momentum to execution.

Design scalable data platforms (Lakehouse architecture, ingestion models, streaming pipelines).

Fix, restructure, and optimize complex, distributed, real-world data flows.2. AI Engineer / AI LeadDeploy production-grade AI solutions (LLMs, intelligent automation, decision-support tools) beyond the PoC stage.

Bridge business strategies with actionable, high-value AI capabilities.3. Enterprise Solution Architect

Design target system architectures for large-scale, complex environments.

Align multi-vendor setups, engineering teams, and platform integrations into a unified ecosystem.

Engagement & Working Model

Duration: ~12-month engagement (potential for long-term extension).

Format: Flexible engagement options (B2B; Full-Time, Part-Time, or Advisory).

Location: Remote with approximately 3–5 weeks total on-site presence in the Middle East across the year.

Requirements

Strong track record as a Senior/Lead Expert or Architect in one of the three domains.

Proven experience navigating greenfield projects, system fixes, or scale-up environments.

Full professional fluency in English (international, multi-cultural project team).

Willingness to travel periodically to the Middle East for key project milestones.
