PySpark Engineer (Mid / Senior) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced PySpark Engineer to join an international data project starting October 1, 2026. In this role, you will build and migrate ETL/ELT processes within a Palantir Foundry Data Lake infrastructure.

Contract Details

Rate: 170 – 190 PLN/h net + VAT (B2B)

Start Date: October 1, 2026Allocation: Q4 2026 (3 months initial, with potential extension)

Location: 100% Remote (flexible schedule)

Work Setup: B2B using your own equipment, connected via secure Desktop on DemandKey Responsibilities

Develop and optimize data flows from source systems to Data Lake structures using PySpark and Python.

Migrate and build scalable ETL/ELT processes within Palantir Foundry.

Create clear technical documentation for developed Python code in Confluence.

Estimate and resolve tasks assigned via Jira / Azure DevOps.

Active participation in Scrum ceremonies over 3-week sprint intervals.

Requirements

Language: English at C1 level (fluent written and spoken for international team collaboration).

Core Skills: Strong commercial experience with PySpark and Python.

Data Engineering: Proven experience building and optimizing production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines.

Agile Setup: Familiarity with Scrum methodology and task estimation.

Tools: Hands-on experience with Jira or Azure DevOps, and Confluence.

Nice to HaveDirect experience working with the Palantir Foundry platform or enterprise Data Lake environments.
