Senior Salesforce Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join an active enterprise transformation programme delivered for a global client. In this role, you will design and implement crucial changes in Salesforce Core and build robust data integration pipelines routing data into Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and across the broader Salesforce platform ecosystem. Working within an architect-led governance model, you will drive key technical decisions, manage cross-system data movement, and ensure operational alignment across all Salesforce solutions.

Role: Senior Salesforce Engineer / Developer

Seniority: Senior (5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience)

Engagement Model: B2B Contract, Full-time

• Duration: Approx. 3 months, with high likelihood of extension
• Start Date: Immediate / ASAP
• Work Model: Remote from Poland (Must be available for a 4-hour overlap between 15:00–19:00 Poland time)

Language: English C1 (working language)

Rate: 120–170 PLN/h net B2B (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

Salesforce Core Implementation: Design and develop programmatic and declarative changes in Salesforce Core (Sales/Service Cloud) required by the transformation roadmap.

Data Integration & Mapping: Build and optimize end-to-end data flows from Salesforce Core into SFMC and adjacent Salesforce tools, executing precise data mapping and event-driven data streaming.

Architecture Alignment & Governance: Collaborate closely with the Lead Solution Architect to ensure all system modifications align with enterprise architecture and prevent conflicting/duplicated platform changes.

Technical Solution Shaping: Contribute to core technical and integration decisions as scope and functional requirements mature.

Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of senior-level, hands-on experience in Salesforce development, system integrations, and enterprise platform management.

Core Tech Stack & Development:

Salesforce Core Programmatic: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Asynchronous Processing (Queueable, Batch, Future)

Integrations & APIs: REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), cross-system ETL/eventing

Platform Administration: Deep knowledge of Sales/Service Cloud data model, security model (sharing/visibility), and declarative automation

Language: English (C1)

Strongly Preferred:

Salesforce Data Cloud: Data streams, DLO/DMO mapping, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation rules (or strong integration/Core background with demonstrated fast ramp-up).

Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC): Data Extensions, Journey Builder, transactional sends, and SFMC-bound data pipelines.

Recognized Certifications (Highly desirable):

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I / II

Salesforce Certified Integration Architect

Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
