Handling inbound customer calls in Czech.

Supporting customers with:technical issues, account-related questions, subscriptions and payments.💎​Our requirements:

Czech (C1+) and English (B2) proficiency.

Good computer skills and the ability to multitask.

Participation in onboarding sessions conducted over approx. 11 days (typically between 9:00–17:00, from our office) is required to get started.

Positive, proactive attitude towards customers.

Confidence when speaking on the phone.

Possibility to provide availability within service hours (11:00–19:00), based on your preferred schedule

Higher availability (approx. 128–170h monthly) is welcome.💼 What we offer:
