Workday Functional HCM Consultant – Run-Support

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field., 3–6 years of hands-on experience supporting Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) in an operational environment., In-depth knowledge of HR processes and Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Help & Document Management, Core Compensation, Recruiting, and Absence & Time Tracking., Proven experience in managing ongoing support and minor configuration changes within Workday., Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities., Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach., Ability to prioritize tasks and work collaboratively within cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment., Workday HCM certification is highly advantageous., Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus., Prior exposure to multinational or large-scale enterprise environments is beneficial.
