UX Designer & Content Writer – ServiceNow HRSD

Rate: 30–35 EUR/hWorkload: 50% (20 hours per week)Location: Poland / RemoteStart Date: ASAPContract Length: Up to September, with the possibility of extension We’re looking for a UX Designer and Content Writer to transform the ServiceNow HRSD Knowledge Base.This role combines content excellence with technical design. You’ll be responsible for reviewing and rewriting several thousand existing knowledge articles, ensuring they are clear, consistent, and user-centred. You’ll design intuitive information architecture, enabling easy navigation and efficient search. Beyond content, you’ll also define the knowledge base architecture to support automation, AI, and chatbot enablement, ensuring scalability and seamless integration across HR systems. Key Responsibilities: Audit, rewrite, and standardise thousands of HR knowledge articles for clarity, tone, and accessibility.Apply UX best practices to structure content for intuitive self-service journeys.Design and maintain a scalable knowledge architecture optimised for AI and automation.Collaborate with HR subject-matter experts, ServiceNow developers, and the AI enablement team.Establish governance, templates, and guidelines for future content creation and maintenance. Key Requirements:Experience with ServiceNow HRSD (mandatory requirement).Strong UX writing, information architecture, and content strategy skills.Familiarity with knowledge management, AI-driven search, or chatbot integration.
