Location: Remote from EU Start Date: June 1, 2026Duration: Until December 31, 2026 (with possible extension)Workload: Full-timeContract: B2BRate: up to 190 PLN/hRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced ERP Test Manager to lead and manage the testing strategy and execution for a large-scale ERP implementation. The role involves overseeing all testing activities across System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring high-quality delivery and system readiness before go-live.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and manage the overall ERP testing strategy, including SIT and UAT phasesPlan, coordinate, and execute test activities in collaboration with business and IT stakeholdersDevelop and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test scripts, and test dataMonitor and track test execution progress, defects, and resolution statusEnsure timely identification, reporting, and follow-up of issues and risksValidate end-to-end business processes, system integrations, and data migrationEnsure quality standards are met and the system is fully ready for go-liveFacilitate communication between cross-functional teams throughout the testing lifecycleRequired QualificationsProven experience as a Test Manager in ERP implementationsStrong knowledge of SIT and UAT processes and methodologiesExperience coordinating across business and IT teamsSolid understanding of end-to-end process validation, integrations, and data migrationStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred SkillsExperience with large-scale or global ERP programsFamiliarity with test management tools and defect tracking systemsStructured and detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills
