Team Leader - HR Operations & Support with German

Fluent in German (C1 or higher) and good command of English (B2/C1)., Minimum 5–6 years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or HR support roles., Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field., Proven experience providing first line or customer support in a corporate environment., Experience working with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow)., Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to interact professionally across all levels of the organization., Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability., Prior experience in human resources operations and best practices, Time management skills, Any additional training and certification in Human Resource Management will be considered an advantage, Exceptional customer service orientation, Excellent multitasking skills, High degree of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR data., Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)., Experience in a multinational or shared services environment., Familiarity with HR processes across multiple European countries., Knowledge of HR service delivery frameworks (SLA, KPI, ticket handling).
