Talent Advisor with French or Portuguese (m/f/d)

University degree preferred, Fluency in French or Portuguese, and a good command of English, Experience in a corporate environment, especially in customer-facing roles (e.g. customer service, account support, operations), will be considered an advantage, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Resilience and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, Good organizational and coordination skills, Proactive mindset and willingness to learn, Interest in recruitment, HR processes, or talent attraction, Openness to work closely with hiring managers across the Americas region, with working hours aligned to those markets (approximately 12:00–20:00) to enable real-time collaboration
