Extensive previous experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (5 years+)., Experience in a team leading position (2 years+ of experience)., Fluent German - at least C1 language level + excellent English language skills., Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Account or a related field., Strong understanding of global recruitment and onboarding workflows, best practices, sourcing techniques and onboarding process., Knowledge about Austria and Germany recruitment., Proven experience in managing high-volume hiring operations., Proficient with global Applicant Tracking System (UKG, Workday, Avature, or Taleo etc.)., Experience in ticketing tool like Service Now, Zendesk, etc., Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities., Strong leadership and interpersonal skills., Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
