Talent Acquisition Pre-onboarding Specialist

Proven experience of working in similar role on pre onboarding documentation, HR administration or recruitment support in Poland., Demonstrable understanding of employment documentation, HR processes, and compliance requirements in Poland., Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines., High attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information., Strong accountability and ownership of challenges and problems to ensure a great employee experience., Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide a first class candidate experience., Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems., Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, external vendors and candidates., Fluent in Polish and English language both written and spoken.
