We are looking for a seasoned Senior TA/HR Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment processes (including IT roles)and actively support broader HR initiatives.If you combine strategic thinking with a hands-on attitude and people-first mindset – we’d love to meet you!Responsibilities:Managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including technical/IT and specialist rolesCoordinating recruitment activities in collaboration with hiring managers and internal stakeholdersSourcing candidates directly via LinkedIn, networking, and proactive outreachBuilding talent pipelines and ensuring a top-tier candidate experienceManaging the internship program – planning, coordination, and supporting interns and mentorsParticipating in HR initiatives (onboarding, employee development, wellbeing, organizational culture)Supporting employer branding and internal communication effortsTracking recruitment performance and generating reportsCooperating with external vendors like recruitment agencies,Negotiating terms of cooperation and monitoring the quality of external services
