Eager and willing to grow together with the company.Your responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:Create and manage end-to-end internal recruitment processes for various roles across departments.Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions.Source and attract candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate the selection process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.Utilize data and recruitment metrics to enhance hiring strategies and reduce time-to-hire.Employer Branding:Develop and execute employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice.Create engaging content for social media, career pages, and job platforms to highlight the company culture, values, and career opportunities.Organize and participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding campaigns.Collaborate with internal teams to showcase employee success stories and initiatives.Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment tools, and best practices.Contribute to HR and organizational projects aimed at improving employee satisfaction and retention.Our requirements:Proven experience in recruitment, and talent acquisition (2-3 years) and in Employer Branding (1+ years).Experience in IT Outsourcing / Recruitment business.Experience in ATS systems and recruitment tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Creativity and the ability to develop engaging campaigns and content.Data-driven mindset with strong organizational skills.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field.Fluent in Polish and English.We offer:Full-time employmentBonus systemLunch CardZTM Card to cover your commute to workHybrid modelOffice in the center of WarsawPrivate health insurancePersonal development and career opportunitiesIntegration meetingsWorking in a dynamic team, doing talent sourcing on an international level
