We power progress, solve challenges and deliver real results through tailored, high-end consulting services and enterprise architecture expertise.We are currently looking for an experienced Solution Architect – Dynamics 365 Customer Service or Sales to join a long-term international project focused on designing and governing scalable CRM solutions across multiple regions and business units.In this role, you will be responsible for defining and owning the end-to-end solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service capabilities within a complex, multi-region enterprise environment. You will ensure that all designs follow a standard-first approach, align with D365 best practices, and support long-term scalability and maintainability.You will define data structures, integration patterns, routing logic, and automation strategies, while also overseeing configuration, development quality, and technical delivery standards. A key part of your role will be providing architecture governance and supporting onboarding of regional teams across Nordics, UK and other business units.Experience in the banking sector will be a strong advantage, especially in complex, regulated enterprise environments.With us, you will have the opportunity to work on a long-term international engagement combining architecture ownership with real business impact.
