extensive knowledge of remuneration principles, compensation benchmarking, grading methodologies, international mobility, performance management and incentive design, advanced Excel user, able to create templates and tools to support Total Rewards area, financial acumen and strong commercial orientation - able to act as a business person with in-depth remuneration expertise, strong business perspective combined with well-developed consulting, problem-solving, analytical and communication skills to deal effectively with a wide array of demanding business leaders including senior executives, Senior level Min 5 years' , mid-level min. 3 years' experience in Total Rewards area, proven record of successful design and implementation of compensation and benefits practices for large and complex organizations, ability to act independently with most of standard and non-standard TR tasks and issues.
