Working mode: RemoteStart: ASAP (February preferred)Contract: B2BRate: 140-160 PLN/hSummaryThe primary purpose of the Senior QA Specialist role is to ensure the quality of a product that is process-driven, emphasizing end-to-end business workflows rather than solely focusing on features or the user interface. This role is crucial for maintaining operational stability and performance over time.Main ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute scenario-based functional and regression testing.Validate end-to-end business processes (including happy paths and edge cases).Maintain and evolve a risk-based regression test suite.Validate behavior that is specific to various scopes (such as country, process, and rule differences).Verify the correctness of data, outputs, reports, and integrations.Support and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.Act as a quality gate for releases, providing Go/No-Go input.Key RequirementsStrong experience testing business-critical, data-heavy systems.Proven ability to think in real-world operational scenarios.Comfortable testing rules, workflows, dates, validity, and exceptions.Experience working with configuration-driven behavior.Ability to write clear test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and test evidence.Experience with regression testing in evolving products.Nice to HaveExperience with Azure DevOps tools including backlog management and defect tracking.Familiarity with modern UI test automation tools like Playwright.Basic SQL skills.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.Understanding of AI tools for generating test scenarios and data variations.Other DetailsTeam Structure: Collaborates closely with developers and business stakeholders.Reporting Lines: Engages with product teams.Tools/Methodologies: Azure DevOps, modern UI test automation tools.
