Senior Performance & Development Specialist

Bachelor's degree in HR, Communication, I/O Psychology or similar fields, Experience in organizational development, talent development, talent management, corporate communications and change management, Talent management program experience with strong facilitation across multiple levels, including frontline employees up to executive management, Experience crafting and executing talent and performance strategies for a global organization, Exceptional facilitation skills and ability to adapt based on the audience’s needs, Proficiency with Microsoft Suite applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, Proficiency with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), particularly Oracle HCM, Fluency in English, Master’s degree in human resources, organizational development or industrial psychology, Certification in CliftonStrengths, Everything DISC, and other talent assessments, Advanced Excel/Power BI skills, Familiarity in leveraging AI to improve talent management programs and automation, Experience in a global workforce with geographically dispersed employees.
