Senior Microsoft Security & IAM ArchitectRemote – Poland | 4–6 Month Contract | €580/day | B2BWe are looking for a hands-on Microsoft Security & IAM Architect to step into a pivotal role at the heart of a multi-stream cloud and enterprise transformation.This is not a maintenance role.This is not a policy-only architecture position.This is a high-impact transformation mandate inside a global industrial enterprise undergoing one of the most significant technology shifts in its history.The Context: Three Major Transformations. One Architectural Backbone.You will operate at the center of three parallel strategic programs:Migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365Consolidation of Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform into Microsoft AzureTransition from SAP to SAP S/4HANAAt the same time, you will temporarily assume ownership of the internal IAM architecture function — ensuring continuity, governance, and technical leadership during a key absence.This role blends strategy, architecture, and deep hands-on engineering.Main ResponsibilitiesYou will:Architect and implement secure identity foundations across Entra ID, M365, and AzureDefine IAM standards, patterns, and guardrails for a Microsoft-centric futureDesign identity integration across cloud, SaaS, and enterprise systemsEnsure secure landing zones and access models for Azure migrationProvide architecture decisions, reviews, and troubleshooting at senior levelPartner with security, cloud, infra, and SAP teams to embed identity into every layer of transformation.Key RequirementsHas deep expertise in Microsoft security architecture (Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM, Zero Trust models)Is comfortable working directly in the environment — not delegating configurationHas experience supporting large-scale tenant migrationsUnderstands multi-cloud IAM and Azure landing zone security patternsCan operate at architectural altitude and at engineering depthIs confident stepping into ownership of an IAM function.Other DetailsThis position is structured for a 6-month contract and is open to remote work arrangements. The ideal candidate should be available for quick onboarding to facilitate continuity during the transition phase.
