🌍Work model: hybrid – 3 times per week from the office in Warsaw.💰Rate: B2B- up to 180 zl/h.⏰Start: ASAP/1 month.⏳Project length: > 6 months + extensions.📕Project language: English.💼 Industry: Logistics.⚙️Recruitment process: 1-2 interviews with the client.🔍Workload: fulltime.Summary: The role of the Senior IT Specialist – SAP S/4HANA FICO consultant focuses on providing expert support in the implementation and enhancement of SAP FI/CO functionalities, contributing to the overall performance of business processes within the organization while promoting compliance with legal regulations across various countries.Responsibilities:* Provide solution recommendations based on scope and client needs, including configuration of SAP FI/CO modules.* Offer functional support related to SAP FI/CO.* Ensure proper technical design, gather business requirements, and create technical specifications within the client’s SAP template.* Prepare requirement, design, and technical documentation.* Assess impact and gaps in current business processes.* Collaborate with business and other SAP professionals to develop, implement, test, train, and roll out solutions.* Utilize problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to visualize and create solutions for key challenges.Key Requirements:* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant fields.* Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP FI-CO functional consultant, particularly in global rollouts.* Ideally, at least 2 years of experience with S/4 HANA.* Proven experience in preparing requirements documentation and technical specifications.* Ability to lead SAP data standards and assist stakeholders in data readiness.* Strong understanding of end-to-end finance business processes.* Technology consulting expertise with skills in workshops and training delivery.* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Nice to Have:* Experience with other SAP modules such as SD or MM is advantageous.* Demonstrated interpersonal skills for effective communication.* Capability to work under pressure and within a team environment.* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.* Strong systems-oriented approach, particularly in finance.* Availability for occasional travel.Other Details:* Location: PL (Warsaw)* Department: ERP Finance – Record to Report Team, Finance IT in Group Applications, Global IT.* Reporting Line: Manager of ERP Finance in Record to Report in Finance IT.
