Senior HR Manager – Poland & International

At least 10 years of working experience within an HR Role and a minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience in the HR role., Fluent in both spoken and written English at minimum B2+ level., Bachelors/Master’s degree (preferably in HR)., Self-starter, a proactive communicator and be able to develop trusted relationships with respect to confidential information., Exceptional organizations skills, problem solving, abilities and commitment to follow through on tasks without supervision., Very good knowledge of Polish Labor Law regulations., Practical professional experience in recruitment process., Pro-active approach in terms of continuous professional and personal development including keeping abreast of statutory obligations, guidelines and legislation., Highly skilled in communicating effectively in both written and verbal forms and works effectively with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds, cultures and styles., Attention to details and clear understanding of Data Security and Client Confidentiality procedures., Willingness to work in a complex and dynamic environment., Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
