Senior HR Business Partner

Higher education, preferably in Human Resources management, Sociology or Psychology, 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably across multiple HR disciplines, Minimum 5 years in an HRBP or strategic advisory role, Experience supporting senior leaders or executives, Proven background in organization design, workforce planning, and talent strategy, Experience in change management and navigating transformation (restructuring, M&A, scaling, cultural shifts), Comfortable operating in matrixed, multinational environments, Strong exposure to employee relations in complex or ambiguous situations, Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, Organizational and multitasking skills, Advanced skill level in PowerPoint/Excel, Project management skills, Ability to follow through and complete tasks on time, Solution-minded; desire to solve problems, Taking ownership and accountability for outcomes is a required attitude, Ability to work independently, Self-motivated and results-driven, Fluent in English, both written and spoken required
