🌍Work mode - fully remote.📑Assignment type: B2B⏳Contract length - 7-9 months + extensions.⏰Start - ASAP/1 month.📕Language - English.⚙️Industry - pharmaceutical.💼Recruitment process - 2 interviews with the client.💻Workload: Full time.Summary: The Senior eTMF Business Analyst will support the use of eTMF and Clinical management systems, ensuring efficient processes and stakeholder communication for clinical trials.Responsibilities:Domain knowledge in Veeva systems, primarily Veeva eTMF/Clinical management systems.Hands-on familiarity with eTMF features, including document ingestion, metadata management, workflows, and audit trails.Drive solution discovery by proposing compliant options and performing impact analyses.Utilize a hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving through designing experiments and iterating based on outcomes.Apply a data-driven strategy to prioritize fixes and measure improvements.Facilitate stakeholder engagements through workshops and interviews to identify problems and desired outcomes.Lead communication, training, and change adoption for initiatives.Key Requirements:Experience with Veeva systems, especially Veeva eTMF.Proficient understanding of eTMF features and operation within clinical trials.Ability to perform impact analysis and propose compliant solutions.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Nice to Have:Experience with other eTMF platforms.Knowledge of agile project management frameworks.Familiarity with metrics and data analysis relevant to the healthcare or clinical trials.
