Senior Employee Relations Advisor

Analytical thinker, problem solver and demonstrates solid judgment in reviewing risk., Project management skills, experience driving programs independently., Effective communication and problem solving skills., Perpetual learner, thriving in a constantly changing environment., Experience using data to identify insights that drive action., Demonstrable ability to balance multiple priorities, stakeholders and work streams., Strong facilitation and business partnership skills., Business level English and Polish (speaking, reading and writing)., Experience working as an HR specialist (or similar position) in a global, matrix-structured organisation., Has practical knowledge of Polish labour law regulations, with experience in proactively implementing them through corporate policies., 5+ years of experience in an Employee Relations, HR Business Partner or equivalent role., BA/BS or equivalent education level is preferred.
