Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist with German

Experience of 3 to 4 years of compensation and benefits experience (multi-country is a plus)., Minimum of 3 years working with an HRIS and ticketing system., Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field., Very good understanding of Total Rewards programs and practices., Excellent organizational and time management skills., Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills., Strong analytical and problem-solving skills., Experience in Workday, ability to work within Excel with VLOOKUP/Pivots., Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment., Languages: Fluent in English and German, Cultural Awareness: Demonstrate understanding of working in diverse cultural environments.
