Requirements

• Strong experience with Python and building production systems
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLM-based solutions
• Experience with RAG pipelines and working with vector databases
• Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain / LangGraph
• Experience with API development (e.g. FastAPI)
• Cloud experience (Azure, AWS or similar)
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in ambiguous environments
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Experience with document processing / OCR pipelines
• Familiarity with Databricks ecosystem
• Experience with LLM evaluation / observability tools
• Understanding of CI/CD and infrastructure as code
• Experience with enterprise data environments

What you’ll be doing

• Designing and building LLM-based applications and AI systems in Python
• Developing multi-agent architectures (planning, reasoning, validation flows)
• Creating RAG pipelines over structured and unstructured data
• Building document intelligence solutions (PDFs, OCR, data extraction)
• Developing text-to-SQL solutions and conversational data interfaces
• Working closely with business stakeholders to define high-impact use cases
• Implementing evaluation frameworks, testing strategies, and feedback loops
• Contributing to reusable components, frameworks, and platform architecture
