Summary: The role focuses on providing expert support for the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time, specifically for Time Off and Time Tracking across multiple countries. The primary goal is to assist from the design phase through to deployment, ensuring a seamless integration of the new time solution.Main Responsibilities:Provide functional and technical assistance throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure effective design and build of the EC Time solution.Document all system settings and configurations in detail.Support testing and validation of the implemented solution.Key Requirements:Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time.Strong knowledge of configuration for Clock In and Clock Out processes.Expertise in Time off, Timesheet, and Time Tracking configurations.Proven background in functional analysis and solution design.Global implementation project experience.Fluent in English.Nice to Have:Experience in process optimization.Familiarity with documentation of system settings.Previous involvement in testing and validation phases.
