Job Description: SAP Security SpecialistRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP Security professional with strong expertise in SAP Application Security and related controls. The resource will serve as a backup to the current Pandora SAP Security Lead and provide critical support across multiple security and compliance areas. This role requires a balance of technical proficiency, risk awareness, and process discipline to ensure secure and compliant operations within the SAP landscape.What we offer:1) Remote role ( visit Denmark one-time per quartal)2) B2B Contract3) Rate: 220 zł/ + VAT4) Big international projectMain ResponsibilitiesThis role includes the following core duties:Perform review of accepted deliverables and track progress via JIRA or other tools.Review and streamline documentation in the SAP Security area with SI partners.Assist in ITGC (IT General Controls) implementation and provide audit support during internal and external audits.Conduct documentation review, updates, and maintenance of SAP Security processes and procedures.Assess and highlight risks in business role assignments, ensuring compliance with SoD (Segregation of Duties) and GDPR requirements.Participate in the design, implementation, and operations of SAP Security processes in alignment with compliance and organizational requirements.Ensure the security of production environments using continuous monitoring and take steps to improve controls around security.Act as a backup to the SAP Security Lead, ensuring continuity of security operations during absence.Key RequirementsDegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.6+ years of hands-on SAP application Security experience (user, role, and authorization management).Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori and SAP IAG or GRC.Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools and processes.Experience with ITGC controls, audits, and risk/compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, etc.).Proficiency with JIRA for deliverable tracking and workflow management.Strong understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) concepts and risk assessment.Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Nice to HaveExperience with SAP IAG modules with Cloud Identity Services.Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO), SNC, and SAP security best practices.Exposure to cloud-based SAP landscapes (SAP BTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba).Industry certifications (CISSP, CISA, SAP Certified Technology Associate – Security) will be a plus.Other DetailsThis position offers an opportunity to play a critical role in securing a global SAP landscape, with exposure to both operational security and strategic security design initiatives.
