Let's get in touch.What you'll be doingBuilding and implementing sourcing strategiesHelping to develop talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation and sourcing campaignsFinding and engaging active/passive candidates through various channels, as well as adopting alternative search techniquesWorking with recruiters and hiring managers to help optimise sourcing efforts by leveraging dataUtilising our ATS to store, managing and engaging talent pools of appropriate candidatesImplementing modern sourcing/recruiting methodsWhat you'll need3+ years of experience as a Technical SourcerExperience sourcing software engineering roles (both IC and manager levels)Agency or relevant in-house experience in sourcing top-of-the-market talent in financial services or tech firmsA deep understanding of the financial sector hiring landscape and complexity of global talent marketsThe ability to communicate effectively and concisely with candidates at the beginning of the recruitment processA results-driven approach with proven experience sourcing top talent at scaleThe ability to set priorities and act facing competing demandsLove for problem-solving and working with data to make strategic and tactical decisionsCompensation rangePoland: PLN7,200 - PLN10,300 gross monthly*Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experienceBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
