Let's get in touch.What you'll be doingBuilding and executing sourcing strategies to identify senior and executive-level talentConducting market mapping and talent research for leadership and hard-to-fill rolesFinding and engaging passive candidates through headhunting, tailored outreach, and alternative search techniquesPartnering with recruiters, hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define ideal profiles and align search strategyCreating and maintaining long-term talent pipelines for future hiring needsPreparing targeted shortlists and sharing market insights to support hiring decisionsUsing data to track performance, improve sourcing effectiveness, and strengthen pipeline qualityManaging complex research projects and sourcing campaigns across multiple marketsEnsuring a strong candidate experience from first contact to handover to the recruitment teamImplementing modern sourcing methods and promoting sourcing best practicesWhat you'll need3+ years of agency or relevant in-house experience sourcing senior and executive-level talent, ideally in financial services, tech, or high-growth environmentsProven success engaging C-level and senior leadership candidates in competitive marketsIn-depth knowledge of the talent landscape and global executive hiring trendsThe ability to communicate effectively and concisely with senior candidates at early stages of the processSolid stakeholder management skills with experience supporting senior hiring managersResearch skills with experience building market maps and talent intelligenceHand-on experience using sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search) and familiarity with ATS systemsA proven ability to deliver high-quality pipelines under ambitious timelinesThe ability to manage priorities and take action when facing competing demandsExcellent attention to detail, organisation, and time managementA high-ambition, self-motivation, and passion for our missionFluency in EnglishNice to haveExperience in a recruitment agency, hyper-growth start-up, and/or fintechExperience sourcing across international marketsFluency in additional languagesCompensation rangePoland: PLN10,500 - PLN11,000 gross monthly*Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experienceBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
