If you are passionate about working with people, strive for continuous improvement, and would like to be part of our exciting journey ahead, then Recruiting is the place for you!Tasks & responsibilitiesAs a Recruiter:You know your business inside out: you have end-to-end responsibility for recruiting processes and manage them in close collaboration with the business and HR Business Partners.You are an expert in the market, able to attract and select the most suitable candidates using a broad range of identification and assessment approaches.Your daily tasks include actively identifying and contacting candidates for open vacancies and pipelines, screening incoming applications, conducting interviews, and negotiating contractual conditions.You independently prioritize work, manage deliverables and meet timelines.You develop and decide on the appropriate recruitment strategies.About our future employeeYou should speak German fluently (C1 level) and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruiting (in-house or agency). Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.Additionally, we are looking for:Completed higher education, preferably in HR or related fieldsGood English skills (min.
