Join Our Team in the Field of Foreigners' Legalization!

We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our team in Łódź. If you enjoy communicating with people from all over the world and want to build a career in HR and legalization — this is the place for you!

Location: Łódź, Poland (office-based, but with flexibility)

Schedule: Base hours are 9:00–17:00, but we offer a flexible schedule. There is no requirement to be constantly present in the office; you can manage your own time effectively.

Employment Type: Long-term, permanent cooperation

Your Responsibilities:

Managing recruitment processes on both Polish and international markets.

Sourcing candidates from countries such as India, Indonesia, Nepal, the Philippines, Colombia, and Venezuela.

Active recruitment via social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

Content Creation: Creating and publishing engaging posts regarding foreigners' legalization and residence permits (Karta Pobytu).

Candidate Communication: Responding to messages, chats, and comments.

Interviews: Conducting discussions alongside a legalization specialist (via phone or in-person meetings).

Employer Branding: Building a positive company image and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates.

Legalization Support: Working closely with the department of residency and work legalization.

Requirements:

Good command of English (both spoken and written).

Communicative Polish language skills.

High level of personal culture and a positive attitude.

Strong communication skills and openness to people.

Proficiency in using social media platforms.

Excellent self-organization and independence (essential for a flexible schedule).

Previous recruitment experience is an advantage, but not required — we provide full training!
