Radio Frequency Engineer

Location: Warsaw, hybrid/office based with occasional travelContract Type: B2B till september (potential extension)Salary: 150-170zl/hourWe are looking for an RF Network Planning Engineer to support TETRA network roll-out projects in Poland. The role focuses on radio network planning, site design, and coverage optimisation for mission-critical communication systems.Key responsibilities:RF network planning (coverage maps, frequency plans, neighbour lists)RF site search and candidate selectionRF site design and review of technical documentationCoordination of drive test campaigns and analysis of resultsReporting on coverage performance and network optimisationRequirements:3+ years experience in radio network planning (RAN)Experience with radio planning tools (HTZ, ICS Telecom)Experience analysing drive test dataFluent Polish and EnglishDegree in Telecommunications or related fieldNice to have:• Experience with TETRA or 2G/3G/4G radio technologies• Knowledge of GIS tools (QGIS, MapInfo, Global Mapper)• Experience with RF site surveys, installation, or commissioningOpportunity to work on large-scale critical communication network deployments.
