Power BI Developer

BankingBudget: 145 PLN/h on B2B contractHybrid way of work - 2 days per week in the office in Warsaw ( with possibility to work remotely)Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to create, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in data modeling (Power Query, DAX) and the ability to integrate data from multiple sources effectively. Your role will involve enhancing the quality and performance of existing reports and data warehouses, while collaborating with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into Power BI solutions.Main Responsibilities:Design and develop interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI.Build and optimize data models using Power Query and DAX.Integrate data from various sources.Enhance existing reports and data warehouses focusing on performance, clarity, and user experience (UX).Develop business logic including calculations, measures, and advanced data transformations.Create and maintain data refresh processes (Power BI Service, Gateway).Collaborate with the business and analysts to comprehend reporting requirements.Ensure data quality and maintain coherence and modeling standards.Document BI solutions and create user guides.Participate in projects related to data environment development, process automation, and improving reporting efficiency.Key Requirements:Experience in projects related to mortgage sales processes.Experience working in the banking sector.Familiarity with retail credit processes.Experience with JIRA and Confluence.Knowledge of mortgage sales and post-sales service processes is a plus.Familiarity with systems used in banking is desirable.Experience working with Agile methodology is a plus.
