Location: Remote from EUStart Date: April 2026Workload: Full-timeContract: B2BSummary: We are looking for a skilled PMO & Training Manager responsible for supporting project governance, coordination, and the delivery of training within a large-scale program. This role is essential for ensuring strong project control and effective communication, leading to successful end-user adoption.Responsibilities:Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in governance, structure, and coordination across multiple workstreamsOversee project financials, including budget control, cost tracking, and reportingOrganize and facilitate project meetings, document minutes, and maintain a clear status and decision-making cadenceCoordinate activities between teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure timely and aligned deliveryMonitor progress and highlight risks, issues, and dependencies across the programLead the planning and execution of training initiatives, including the development of training materialsDrive end-user training rollout and ensure adoption, readiness, and complianceCollaborate with business and IT teams to align training with system and process changesMust Haves:Proven experience in a PMO role within large-scale programs or transformationsStrong understanding of project governance, financial tracking, and reportingExperience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and workstreamsDemonstrated experience in training management and end-user enablementExcellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a structured and proactive mannerNice to Have:Experience with ERP or digital transformation programsFamiliarity with project management and collaboration toolsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
