Planisware Configuration Engineer

Join us for a projet with an international leader in the medical and consumer health sector and take ownership of a key PPM platform used across multiple countries. Key responsibilitiesConfigure and maintain a SaaS-based Planisware Enterprise environment using out-of-the-box features (no custom development).Design and adjust workflows, roles, permissions, project templates and dashboards to support portfolio and resource management processes.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Planisware configurations.Administer user access, roles and data quality, ensuring system integrity and consistency.Cooperate with the vendor’s SaaS support on upgrades, new features and incident resolution.Continuously optimize the configuration to improve usability, scalability and reporting capabilities.Ideal candidate profileSome years of hands-on experience configuring Planisware Enterprise (SaaS), using out-of-the-box capabilities.Solid understanding of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and resource planning in a large organization.Experience working with SaaS platforms in an admin/configuration role (user/role management, configuration changes, upgrades).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into system settings.Excellent communication skills in English; comfortable working in an international environment.Proactive, self-driven mindset, able to work independently and suggest improvements.Nice to have: Planisware certification, experience with integrations (e.g. Jira, Snowflake) and familiarity with Agile or Waterfall environments.ConditionsLocation: Remote from PolandEmployment Type: B2B contractSalary: 100-130 PLN net per hourStart date: ASAPRecruitment stepsInitial call with a KUBO recruiterTechnical verification2 interviews with the clientDecision and feedback
