Your Role

As a Recruiter in a temporary employment agency, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process for candidates of various nationalities. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the employment process.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct recruitment processes on the Polish and international markets
• Recruit candidates from: India, Indonesia, Nepal, the Philippines, Colombia, and Venezuela
• Actively conduct recruitment activities on social media: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
• Create and publish job postings and recruitment content
• Respond to candidate messages (chats, comments, inbox)
• Conduct recruitment interviews (online and by phone)
• Build a positive company image and maintain strong communication with candidates
• Collaborate with the team on employment legalization processes (training provided)
