Let's get in touch.What you'll be doingBeing a trusted strategic advisor for your stakeholders by providing expert advice, guidance, and coaching to managers in all aspects of HRProactively identifying people issues and trends within the business, and working together with stakeholders to formulate and implement solutionsOptimising day-to-day HR operations, keeping people-centricity in mindLeading performance management discussions and disciplinary procedures within your accountsContributing to the development of world-class HR policies and proceduresWhat you'll needExperience in a hyper-growth companyRelevant qualificationsLogical and analytical thinkingGreat project management skillsImpeccable communication and stakeholder engagement skillsFlexibility and adaptabilityA data and process-driven approach towards HRA results-driven, numbers-oriented working styleExtensive knowledge of local labour lawsDemonstrable experience in reviewing and developing policies and proceduresFluency in English and PolishNice to haveSolid storytelling and influencing skillsCompensation rangePoland: PLN14,300 - PLN16,900 gross monthly*Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experienceBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
