People and Organization Business Partner (f/m/d)

At least 5 years of proven experience in HR field, particularly in a Business Partner role, ideally with a matrix organization with manufacturing component., Demonstrated experience partnering with and creating impact in a factory/manufacturing setting is an advantage., Bachelor’s degree in a field of psychology, human resources management, or similar., Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with broad spectrum of stakeholders across different backgrounds and levels of seniority., Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with business executives., Ability to lead through influence and collaboration with a track record of contributing to a positive outcomes., Working knowledge of labour law in practice., Excellent mentorship and coaching skills., Good project management and time management skills., Very good command of English language (B2/C1) both written and spoken.
