Extensive experience in payroll and personnel administration, including senior leadership roles., Proven track record in organizations employing more than 500 employees., Expert-level knowledge of payroll, taxation, social security, and labor law., Strong experience in change management, particularly in HR system implementations (large SAP or Workday environments) and outsourcing projects., Highly developed managerial and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in complex, unionized environments., Demonstrated experience in working with trade unions., Excellent command of English (essential).
