P&C Operations Associate (People & Culture) (M/K)

Zakres obowiązków Support the execution of basic and standardized employee lifecycle transactions, such as: employee data changes position updates contingent worker onboarding and offboarding Process transactions in line with defined SOPs, checklists, and quality standards Provide first-level support by handling routine employee and manager requests Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in HR systems and case management tools (e.g. SuccessFactors, ServiceNow) Ensure timely processing and compliance with internal procedures Follow clear instructions, internal guidelines, and service standards Escalate non-standard or complex cases to senior team members Continuously build knowledge of P&C processes, systems, and policies through on-the-job training Wymagania Fluency in English Basic knowledge of or willingness to learn: SAP SuccessFactors ServiceNow Microsoft Office Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data Responsible approach to handling confidential information 0 – 2 years of experience in an operational, administrative, or customer support environment (e.g. HR services, shared services, helpdesk, contact center) Basic understanding of administrative or employee-related processes is an advantage, but not required Customer-oriented mindset and good communication skills Willingness to learn and develop within the People & Culture Operations area University degree or student Strong organizational skills and ability to follow defined procedures Motivation to grow a career in HR / People Operations Oferujemy Private medical care – comprehensive healthcare coverage Life insurance package – added security for you and your loved ones Sports card – MultiSport or equivalent to support an active lifestyle Friendly and inclusive work culture – collaborative, supportive, and international
