Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience., 3 years of experience in program or project management., Experience in event management, recruiting, or a related field., Experience in talent attraction, employer branding, or recruitment marketing, with a focus on events., Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from inception to completion in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment., Experience managing budgets and external vendors., Familiarity with the EMEA tech talent landscape., Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to measure program effectiveness and inform strategy., Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
