Requirements description

• Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in managing a logistics service provider (contract management, KPI setting, audits, performance reviews).
• Practical knowledge of warehouse, transportation, and planning processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the automotive, boatbuilding, FMCG, or industrial manufacturing sectors will be considered an advantage.
• Practical knowledge of WMS, TMS, ERP, and BI systems
• Excellent analytical skills (advanced Excel, Power BI, AI-based tools)
• Knowledge of Lean Logistics, 5S, and Continuous Improvement principles
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proactive and multitasking approach
• Strong result orientation and accountability for assigned scope
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment
• High organizational culture and partnership-oriented attitude
