Project information:Industry: bankingLocation & Hybrid ModelKraków – 2-5 days per month onsiteWarsaw – 2-5 days per month onsiteOutside Kraków/Warsaw – once per month / 3 times per quarterRate: We’re open to your suggestionsSummary:The Senior Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Engineer will play a crucial role in enhancing client interactions by building an AI/Zoom integration within the Dynamics 365 platform, specifically designed for efficient management of customer service data and calls.Main Responsibilities:Build PowerApps UI for meeting logs, summaries, and participants.Integrate with Dynamics Case & Client entities.Implement managed solutions & DLP compliance.Key Requirements:Extensive experience with Model-Driven Apps and Dataverse customisations.Strong proficiency in PCF (PowerApps Component Framework).Proficient in .NET/C# for backend integration and custom solutionsExperience using Power Automate for workflow automation.Experience with JavaScriptNice to Have:Experience with Azure services, including Functions and Service Bus.Familiarity with Zoom API and Webhooks integration.Basic knowledge of Power BI for analytics.
