Working mode: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office in Warsaw)Location: Warsaw, PolandContract: B2BRate: 55-65 PLN/hExpected Start Date: Mid-April 2026Duration: 6 monthsSummary: This role involves providing project coordination support for various migration projects, focusing on effective communication, stakeholder management, and maintaining KPIs.Main Responsibilities:Plan and manage assigned tasks, ensuring timely deployments.Mitigate risks and follow up on project progress.Verify and control Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Participate in project meetings.Engage in proactive stakeholder management.Utilize JIRA for task management.Key Requirements:Basic experience in running projects.Excellent communication skills.Fluency in English.Ability to build and maintain good business relationships.Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic organization.Nice to Have:Experience with JIRA and migration projects.Strong focus on solutions and goal attainment.
