Junior HR Services Specialist (EMEA & APAC)

Understanding of HR processes and best practices, ideally within an international environment., At least 1 year of experience in HR data administration, employee training or HR support with emphasis in systems and analysis., University degree in HR, or a related field is an advantage., Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data., Some experience with HRIS systems; Workday knowledge is a strong plus., High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to data quality., Strong interpersonal and communication skills., Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines., Team-player and a collaborative mindset., Fluent English is required for effective collaboration with UK stakeholders.
